The Warden did not know the exact reasons that the Indigeo had failed to distribute the medicine required to stave off the ill effects of the rain. The Indigeo, like the Consulo, was not under his command and in any case, he was a soldier by training and not one of its creators or maintainers. Yet the medicine had been created as requested, and lacking any other options, the Warden deemed it necessary to deliver it himself.
