Manjoume was, admittedly, bored, and too agitated to attempt meditation. This was the only reason why he was taking a walk through the more inhabited areas of the compound at the moment, going nowhere in particular, mostly just walking for the sake of walking. If it weren't for this boredom, he probably would have just stayed in his room.
He couldn't argue against the fact that walking aimlessly helped to clear his head, after all. It was bothering him still, the lingering question of his ability to see spirits and whether it had returned or not... heck, whether it had ever really been gone in the first place, if it really was true. He wasn't sure whether he, if his already-shattered pride, could accept it, if that last possibility were true...
He was interruped in his thoughts, however, when he noticed something rather out of the ordinary - an orange, its skin carved into something resembling some kind of face, just sitting there on a ledge. The fact that a piece of fruit was just sitting there like that could be considered rather odd, and Manjoume paused in his walking to just stare in bewilderment at it. What would someone be leaving an orange out here for?
