Summary: Maria ventures to Tzu-Deka to find Inara and bring her back to Vri-Pente to stay with her for safety.

There wasn't anything she really needed if things looked to be coming down to a fight.. nothing she had, anyway. She put on her winter clothing and her boots, placing some makeup essentials in her coat pockets for her own sanity. She could leave the rest. But just in case she would be able to continue "working" after this mess was taken care of, she wrapped her few dresses up in a shawl, wrapping the other few around her own body to keep her as warm as she could manage.
She was beginning to miss her little shuttle on Serenity.. sure, the journal thing was useful, and very effective in communicating with people, but.. she wasn't used to this. Not really.. She was used to screening clients and meeting with them for scheduled appointments, not conversing with people and setting up little times to meet eachother. It felt like going on blind dates. It was very odd to her.
And advertising? That had been the strangest part for her so far. Never had she needed to advertise herself just to keep her own sanity in check. Perhaps years ago when she'd first become a registered Companion, but that didn't last long. And to be doing it now..
Inara sighed and gathered the shawl she'd tied up to resemble a small satchel. Miss Maria was going out of her way to help her, and even if she knew where Tzu-Deka was located, Inara wanted to make things as easy as possible for her. Carrying the small bundle in her arms, she slipped out of the door to her room, closing it behind her as she waited in the hall.
