Summary: Ten and a half months of romance. It's about time they got a bit more serious.

Ryou relaxed on the couch in the living room of Paj-Dyo, working with the Rubik's Cube that Fubuki had sent him for Christmas. It was quite difficult, much more so than the original one he'd been working with, and frankly, he was enjoying himself very much. It was probably going to take him a while to get it all worked out. Weeks. Or months.
On the coffee table there was a bottle of tea that he'd found in the refrigerator. He didn't remember ordering it, but Yusuke probably had. There was more than one, so his fiance had probably gotten one for each of them. So he simply took one and settled in with it, drinking a little as he worked on his plaything.
He didn't know where Yusuke was at the moment, but he was sure the other would turn up sooner or later. And all things considered, he was quite looking forward to seeing him again. In another couple of weeks, it would be their birthday week again, and then it would be Valentine's Day...which meant their one year anniversary.
Ryou did not often think of ways to celebrate, but right now, all kinds of such thoughts were going around in the back of his mind, and just waiting for the right time to be acted upon.
