Summary: Otogi sees absolutely nothing wrong with having to kiss under the mistletoe. Or anywhere else, as long as it's Fubuki that he's kissing.

Fubuki bounded along, eager a puppy that had just heard its master's call - which wasn't too far off the mark, in some ways. Certainly he would never refuse to do something Otogi wanted, no matter how minor it was. Pretty soon, he saw who he was looking for, and he picked up his pace until he finally skidded to a halt beneath the tree.

"Sorry to keep you waiting," he said, flashing a roguish grin. "Hope you didn't get cold..."

Otogi grinned right back at him. "Well, I could always use a little warming up this time of year," he replied. "Think you could help with that too?" He was wearing a nice warm jacket, of course. There were many benefits to being half-djinn.

"I can always help with that," said Fubuki, sidling up to Otogi so he could drape his arms around him. He took a moment to cuddle him close just for the joy of having his lover near, before cupping a hand under Otogi's chin and drawing him in for a kiss.

Otogi leaned closer and kissed deeply, enjoying the taste of Fubuki quite thoroughly. He moved closer, sliding out from under the mistletoe, and kept on kissing. He could hardly think of a better way to spend a few moments...or a few hours, should it turn out that way.

Fubuki lingered over the kiss a few moments longer before pulling away a tiny bit.

"Feeling warmer?" he murmured in Otogi's ear.

"I think I'm starting to get a little hot, now that you mention it," Otogi replied, one arm going around Fubuki's waist.

"Maybe it's because you're overdressed?" Fubuki suggested innocently.

"Why don't we go back to the apartment and test that theory?" Otogi grinned.

"That sounds like a good idea," Fubuki agreed. "You know I like to keep an open mind about these things!"

Otogi kissed him again. "So do I." He kept his arm around Fubuki and started out of the park, enjoying having him that close.

Fubuki laughed. "While we're at it, anything else you feel like keeping an open mind about?"

"I could think of a few things." Otogi replied. "Quite a few, I'm sure, if I put my mind to it."

"Oh, good," said Fubuki. "I like it when you think of things."

He'd already thought of several things before they'd left the park, and he leaned over to whisper a few in Fubuki's ear as they walked along. Some of them were quite creative, too.
