Summary: Ned teaches Persephone how to bake pies.

The Piemaker did not like to be idle. He had just finished getting himself accustomed to the setup of this kitchen - it was inadequate, in his opinion, but workable. He had the things which he had requested from the Indigeo all laid out on the counter, his apron tied on fast, and the pink oven mitts (he had never been fond of them in his own world, but now, they reminded him of Chuck, and so he hadn't thought of requesting new ones) out.
When there was a knock at the door, Ned went to open it with some wariness.
