[Thread] Are we getting closer

Where: Greenhouse, then the street
When: Beginning of the 3rd stage of the modplot
Summary: Willow wakes up, goes to find Layla, runs into (Enter character's name here) along the way.
Warnings: Panicked uncuffed witch, possible redhead shipping
After having expelled the contents of her stomach, Willow forced herself up into a kneeling position. Then, with a small amount of effort, a standing one. The world tipped downside up and a small groan escaped the redhead. She had brief conversations with Tohru and Krad, one slightly more panicky than the others. Layla, her mind reminded her. The witch gasped softly, taking one step forward then the other. She had ghost pains, almost as if they were remnants of what had happened to her not long ago. But there were no jagged shards of glass sticking out of her. No gashes on her face. No...cuff on her wrist? Willow glanced down, seeing the cuff, no longer a pearlish color, now gray.
Her brow furrowed as she glanced from her wrist to the cuff. It was still solid, so it was almost as if it just been teleported off her wrist. Layla, her mind reminded her again. One step then another, then another, and soon enough she was at the entrance to the greenhouse, looking out at the street.
"Layla, where are you, honey?" Willow whispered softly as she started into the road, her green eyes searching everywhere.
