When: After this; during Phase 3 of the mod!plot
Summary: Neka and Shiki meet up for the first time. Unfortunately, they've just finished being dead- again.
Warnings: Shouldn't be any. Maybe language at worst.
She had made her way to the park without really realizing it, settling in the grass near one of the remaining trees and curling against it, knees drawn in against her chest and chin pressed against the backs of her legs. Shiki had already prepared for the dropping temperatures, bundling up with cold-appropriate clothes. Pulling her wool hat further down over her ears and picking at a rip in one leg of her pants- something she would have to fix later before it drove her up the wall- she peered around, waiting for some sign of Neku to appear. Of course, there never would be, since she wasn't meeting with him, she was meeting with her. Unfortunately, she still doesn't seem to be aware of that.
Any company at all would be nice right now, though. Apparently, being dead didn't stop this place from wanting them dead, and the death she had met with was more painful than her first. The accident hardly registered as being painful at all; it just happened, and she hadn't felt much of a thing. Just when she was starting to not hate being trapped here, it did something to ruin it all. Now all she wanted was to go back home with her friends and pretend this was all just a horrible nightmare brought on by watching a bad movie late at night or something like that. Since that wasn't an option, however, just seeing her partner for a bit would be more than good enough instead.
