Albel strode into view. "I don't know about Fayt, but Sheifa knows I never back down from a challenge." He wasn't carrying the Crimson Scourge itself, but he did have an empty sheath - after all, he didn't want to hurt anyone.

Sheifa bounced and glomped her best friend right back. Really, some others would find it hard to believe that these two were serious about having a sparring match against two seasoned soldiers. Although... well, Selphie was a mercenary, and Sheifa an ex-assassin. Only that they had the sparkles and spazz to conceal their true nature. "I'm pretty sure-" the redhead started to say, then grinned as she pulled back from Selphie and waved at the newcomer. "There's Albel now."

And after a while, a voice said, "Well, where Albel goes, I follow," and Fayt arrived at the park, ready to take the girls up on their challenge. Like his best friend, he only brought the empty sheath of his sword. Not that he really needed one to fight, anyway. He then raised an eyebrow at Sheifa. "Are you sure you're here to fight, or to seduce Albel?"

Sheifa grinned. "That's part of the plan, Fayt."
