[Thread] Playing Fetch

When: Afternoon
Summary: Just a casual meeting that will not lead to anything at all. Really. It totally will not lead to wedding cake decorations shooting frosting. Honestly.
Warnings: None. Unless you count Otogi being Otogi and an animated plushie dice.
Otogi liked taking a long walk around Neocontra in the afternoon or evening. Sometimes he took them with Fubuki and sometimes he didn't. Today he just had Pip with him, and he enjoyed guiding his animated pet dice through the park. He stopped near the lake and looked out over it thoughtfully.
As far as he could tell, the most recent batch of drama had died down. It would probably be at least a few more days until the next one hit. You could almost set your watch by it in Econtra. Until then, he was perfectly content to wait and see what it might turn out to be.
He glanced down at Pip, then grinned as a thought hit him. "Let's see how clever you are." He picked up a stick and held it out to the dice, which leaned over and if it had a nose, would certainly have sniffed at it. "Fetch!" He threw it quickly away to the side away from the lake and towards the trees.
At once, Pip bounced and then rolled off after the stick as quickly as it could. Otogi wondered just how Pip would bring it back, since it also didn't have a mouth.
