Summary: Dani is planning to take down the legion and her cousin.

The first target was currently moving down the hall towards his room. On his arm was some food from the store, and some books were tucked under the other. All in all, he seemed rather content, nodding his head softly [maybe to a tune he was remembering] as he began to unlock Nyi-Eski.

However, appearances can be deceiving. Lyle had been warned by Live Wire about Dani, and knew she had many formidable abilities. His eyes were pealed, and his senses raised to max awareness. The only give away was a slight tenseness running through his shoulders.

Dani didn't give him much time. As soon as the door opened and she confirmed it looked like Lyle and no one was with him, she pounced. Perhaps he'd have enough time to notice a slight chill in the air, but otherwise, Dani was quick to jump onto him and worked to pin him to the floor.

There were hands on his shoulders, and then he was on the ground. He could feel the weight of someone above him, and knew it could only be one person. "Dani!" He called, twisting his body suddenly and catching her invisible side with his leg, flipping her off of him in an excellent display of his defensive fighting style. Lyle then used the momentum to land on his feet, hands going up in loose fists. Without a second thought, he also vanished from view.

Dani felt her grip loosened as she moved to the side, but it didn't really hurt too much. He'd have to go for a lot harder if he really wanted to hurt her. She phased down through the floor the moment she saw him vanish.

They couldn't see each other, but she could hear him well enough with her ear pressed against the underside of the floor boards. And she could wait.

He breathed out slowly, adjusting his stance and balance. These floors were noisy; no matter how you walked, there was always a slight sound. Thus, his training in being silent was useless. Cursing that weakness, Lyle took a few steps back, watching carefully, but almost stepping on the apples and books he'd dropped on the floor during the scuffle.

He hadn't been aiming to hurt her, and it hopefully wouldn't come to that. If he knew anything about Econtra, it was that people who went evil suddenly usually had no true control over their actions. The problem was that her wide range of abilities could prove immobilizing and trying to reason with her a very difficult task indeed.

THERE! A movement!'

Dani shot out her arm out of the ground, firing a blast of energy as she shot out right into Lyle. There was a warning shock form the cuff, but she wasn't going to let something like THAT stand in her way. And it wasn't that bad of a shock yet.

He hadn't been expecting an energy blast. There was only a split second to register the attack, feeling the heat of it before it hit his chest like a punch from Validus. The blast forced back, flying into the ceiling above him, his head making a sickening crack, his body going rigid. Then, the Legionnaire fell, limp, to the floor. An unnatural sound of bone and flesh against wood rattled across the room.

For a moment, there was tense silence. No movement whatsoever.

He groaned softly, a thick trail of blood sliding down the side of his face. Body curling on it's side, in on itself, the breath that had been forced from his lunges tried desperately to come back. Gasping shudders, and copper on his tongue. Vaguely, he watched as Dani revealed herself through the floor, just like Phantom Girl. With a grit of his teeth, and a flash of something in his eyes through the growing cloud, he tried to get up and defend himself again. But it was one move too much. Black filled the teen's vision, and he finally fell unconscious.

Dani smirked and picked up Lyle, turning them both invisible and intangible. Now, to drop him off and go after her next target.
