Summary: Kurogane decides to talk about all the little things stressing him out. Fai is all ears.
Warning: Angst and ninja cuddles maybeh.
Fai made his way back to the apartment quickly, wanting to at least make some tea before they sat down and talked. He felt that it would at least bring some comfort for Kurogane and holding the warm cup was always nice to him, even if he couldn't taste it. He briefly wondered if he should make something to eat for his lover, but decided that he would just stick with the tea for now. He didn't know if the other was already at the apartment or on his way there. It wasn't like the dojo was far from where they lived anyway. It wouldn't take the ninja long to get home.
He hoped that things would get better eventually though. Sooner, rather than later preferrably. It was hard though. He hadn't thought that they were making it seem like they were pushing the other to forgive Fay. It had seemed that way to Kurogane and now he would have to reassure him that he needed to take his time in the healing process. Being away from his counterpart should help a bit. It would give them both time to cool down and hopefully not jump at each other's throats the next time they saw each other.
If only time could be turned back and things could go back to the way they were before the incident...
