Shiki headed out of Nyi-Eski and down to the plaza almost as soon as she was done talking to Neku, walking quickly across the broken cobblestones and past the cracked fountain. Tucked under one of her arms was a purple-and-black looking bundle about the size of her head. Neku's present, though she wasn't hiding it very well. She didn't see the boy right away anyway, so it was fine for now.
After making the Hachiko blanket for Joshua, she'd been bored without anything else to work on. Taking the leftover cloth from the blanket, Shiki had turned the remains into a pillow, along with three others from requisitioned material, just for her friends. She'd even made one for Rhyme! Even if she wasn't here, Shiki couldn't just leave her out. Besides, Rhyme had to show up sooner or later, right? Everyone else had.
It was oddly quiet around the plaza today. Not too many people were going through this part of the area, but that was alright. Just meant Neku wouldn't have a hard time finding her. Picking a rather obvious place to stand, Shiki shifted the pillow to try and hide it behind her and waited, keeping an eye out for the tell-tale orange hair and headphones.
