Summary: After being separated for some time, Lelouch is reunited with his "brother."

Stepping into the courtyard, Rolo glanced around him. The area was well kept, even if most of the buildings surrounding the area were in various states of decay. It reminded him a lot of the ghettos in Area 11, but he wasn't about to admit he'd been in them. Not now that Lelouch had arrived.
It seemed his false brother had come from a different time than he did. Lelouch was either lying again or had no memory of his time as Zero, as the Emperor had intended. Rolo was willing to count on the later. Had Lelouch knowledge of his true self, Rolo doubted he would've been so open in using the PDA that they had been given. Still, Lelouch was very intelligent, manipulative, and cunning. Rolo wouldn't put it past him to put up the false front that he was continue to use at Ashford Academy.
Regardless of whether Lelouch had his memories or not, he would have to keep his promise to his fake brother. If he had his Geass, he wouldn't be able to use it to harm Rolo, as the cuffs on their wrists prevented it. And Rolo still had the upper hand with his own Geass. Not only this, but Rolo was well trained. He had better physical strength than Lelouch and wouldn't hesitate it to use on Lelouch if he was forced it.
Narrowing his eyes, Rolo looked towards the fountain in the middle of the yard. Lelouch's features weren't very distinguishable from the rest of the many people in the yard, but Rolo still knew the dark hair from anything else. He hurried forward, raising a hand in greeting.
"Brother!"
