It had arrived in the same manner as its birth, the massive discharge of energy still smoldering the crater formed where the strike connected with the ground. Twisting and pulsing, its contained form was immediately aware of the pitiful organic creatures surrounding it, trapped like insects in a too-small hive.
It released a high-pitched

He didn't even bother to get to the battlefield before deciding to summon his bankai, his appearance taking the expected change. If this reiatsu was any indication, the best thing to do was go at it at full power and at full strength. Lives were at stake.
The same principles applied for the summon of his hollow mask.
After one last flash step, he was it-- a pulsating orb of what looked like some kind of energy. His first thought was electricity, but even that seemed too mundane. Either way, it didn't matter. This thing had killed people. He could see the bodies. He could practically sense the lingering reiatsu disappearing. This only caused Ichigo to tighten his grip on the white Zangetsu, the chain at the end of the hilt rattling, almost as if to affirm Ichigo's resolve.
It only took one flash step before the white-clad masked shinigami was beside the orb, swinging down the white katana-sized zanpakutou with all his strength, leaving a trail of reddish black reiatsu in its wake.

Summoning his bow, and enjoying the feeling of the weight of it in his hands Uryuu. Without hesitation he drew back an arrow and fired at the orb, a test shot at best to see how his spirit arrows faired against it. It also served as a way to announce his arrival to Ichigo. No use in wasting a perfectly cool introduction.

That, and the blood that was pouring from his shoulder now.
Still, he paid it no mind, thinking it to be no different from Urahara's survival exercises. The expression 'no pain, no gain' was common in his exercises, as well as the sight of blood. Still, he was determined to find a way to stop this orb, even if his attacks proved to be completely useless. He couldn't afford to give up just because of that fact.
He was shaken out of his reverie however when he saw the light blue glowing arrow strike the orb, blinking at how unexpected it was. However, when he saw the crackle of energy launch up and aim for Uryuu, any sarcastic remark that Ichigo had at the tip of his tongue died off for a more impulsive warning.
"MOVE!"
((OOC: Bold is the distorted hollow/human voice.))

He landed on his back and rolled to the side wincing as he drew himself up to his a kneeling position breathing hard. His hand went to his side quickly, only to be drawn back and reveal blood. Uryuu wasn't sure how bad it was but whole left side felt like it was on fire. Still, he was alive and could still move.
Still catching his breath the raven haired boy looked up at the shinigami not far away. "I suppose you don't have a plan on how to kill this thing do you?" he growled.

Suddenly the smoky orb went silent, crackling flails ceasing completely...
...then with a flaring roar of power, a wave of electricity burst from within the Entropi's shadowy frame, striking out at those closest to it. It was potent, jarring, but not as infinitely destructive as the whips had been. It seemed the Entropi was exchanging individual strikes for more massive damage at a closer range.
