After Tracey had heard the announcement he walked towards the Arena, a tad annoyed at starting training NOW. "Hello?"

Xiao was excited. Fighting with things was fun - she hoped she would get to do some of it before the day was over. She bounded into the arena on all fours with her slingshot carried in her mouth and a collection of fresh pebbles clattering in her pocket. She stopped in front of the first person she met and took her weapon out of her mouth to smile up at him.

"Hi there!" she said.

Otogi strolled into the Arena looking his very best. He was glad he'd devoted as much time as he had to getting himself back in peak magical condition. He intended to do what he could to use his powers defensively, since all things considered, they didn't work offensively that much. But illusions and some of his transformations and creations could be just perfect for scouting, spying, and other such things, and he hoped that would be what he ended up doing.

He wandered over to the first group of people he saw, one of which was a catgirl, and waved casually. "Hi."

Upon entering the Arena, Yusuke took a moment to examine his surroundings. Telling himself that he would be fine as long as he didn't over-do it, he looked to see if there was anyone that he knew who he could join up with.

And lo and behold, there was Otogi and Tracey talking to a cat girl. Perhaps they would let him into their group.

"Otogi, Tracey!" he greeted as he walked over, a smile on his face.

Atem trotted into the arena, yawning widely. With her sword at her side and her bow on her back, she was ready for action, and she grinned when she spotted Otogi, together with Tracey, another catgirl, and another young man whom she didn't recognise. "Yo," she greeted, as she wandered over. It was good to see some familiar faces.

Oh-hoh! What an interesting little gathering!~ Or, well, at least to the ninja it was.

How on Earth she'd ended up in defensive she couldn't say, but at least it was still combat and that was all Mai really cared about. Grinning to herself she moved towards the group, waving a little bit at them. She'd opted to brave the cold (though with a body suit underneath the uniform) and wear her usual uniform. It worked better with training, that and it gave her a place to keep her fans.

"Hello, there!" She called after her wave, one of her metal fans opened at her side.

Xiao waved to the new people as they arrived. The most recent one reminded her ever-so-slightly of Ruby. They had similar fashion sense, anyway. The other one captured Xiao's attention, and she scampered over to her for a better look.

"Hi!" she said. "Are you a cat too?"
