Normal morning. Well...sort of normal.
Left at about the same time I usually do, 0530...and then guess what happens...some dumb ass rear ends another dumb ass...which means all the dumb asses on the freeway have to stop and gawk.
Which causes me to have to call my First Sergeant and 0600 because I'm still at 59th Avenue, and have about 17 miles to go to get to school. So, call Lowe, and let her know I'm going to be late, so she can let my Squadron Commander know.
Get by the accident, and then proceed to drive like a bat out of hell to get to school. I refuse to be late, and have the entire Detachment look at me as I walk in, and have the Colonel, Major, and Captain eyeball me...because all three of them sit right behind my squadron. So, after doing 90 on the 202 (the freeway) and then 60 on Rural (surface street that has a limit of 35), park in the closest structure to Murdock (which I then had to pay 8 dollars to get out of later in the day), and ran almost all the way to MUR.
I made it with about 5 minutes to spare. Phew.
Then I proceeded to sit through Lead Lab...and then went to get coffee and a bagel with Eden...then silly Erik shows up...and then we go back to the lounge. Then smelly Erik leaves us...I decide not to go to Latin, choosing to try to study for my exam that is tomorrow instead...Everyone in the lounge proceeds to fall asleep, Phillipi and I space on standing up when Maj. Marks walks in the lounge, and he was not pleased about this. It took a sleeping Little springing awake to make us realize what his problem was. Damn, we fucked up. Lol.
Went to work. Work is work. My boss and I will be discussing me cutting back my hours tomorrow...just temporarily until the end of this month. Trying to remain cheerful so he won't be too pissed.
Took an hour to come home. After I came home, I changed and waited for my mum to get home to go to the gym. Went to the gym. Have some work to do, but is totally achievable in a month. I have no doubt. I just have to go everyday. Lol.
What is ahead of me...and it's already 9 o'clock.
Studying hardcore for my Latin quiz. I need to rock the hell out of it. A little unsure, but some hard core studying will make everything okay.
Finishing Titus. And after I finish it, I have to write a two page paper on Marcus' monologue in Act 2, Scene 4. This should be interesting. Johnny is not liking it from what he's telling me. Lol.
And then hopefully I'll get some sleep before PT in the morning...but I doubt that will happen.
Right now I'm enjoying a Mint Chocolate Protein Shake I made myself for dinner. :D
That was a very lengthy post just for what I did today! But it feels good.
Off to get shit done! Leave some love!
Love from,
Kimmi
