Lost Virginity
It would seem this weekend is a loss of cherry weekend. Why you ask? Read on...
I started one of these 'blogs' on another site... which I have yet to decide if I will continue to update or not... probably not since one is enough. We'll see.
However, this is my first post on my new LIVE JOURNAL journal? Uhhh... too many journals. Hence my subject. It's my first time... be gentle! =0P
I have posted nothing since exams or something ridiculous like that.. so I'll try to do a quick blast through the past weeks.
Christmas was nice - relaxing, good food, gifts given and received, family enjoyed.
December 28th - Great night surprisingly. I went to hang out with my friends Dave and Keith for a while. Dave's roommate had some friends over and we eventually decided to go to the coolest of clubs ever, 'Loose Change Louies' (barf). I didn't really want to go but decided to be a pal and go for a bit... only to get picked up!! W00t! What a rare occurrence... especially in Waterloo. Usually it's guy-to-girl or nothin'. What a pleasant surprise. Of course it has gone/will go nowhere... but it shows there is hope... confident, hot girls that dig my green shirt!
New Years flopped not altogther unfortunately. Adam and I played Solitaire Showdown for an excessive length of time and my luck finally ran out as Adam managed to beat me for once. Previous showdowns had all been fairly one-side, n'est-ce pas Adam? =0P
Left for and arrived in Montreal on the 1st. First day was hungry... went for dinner with Monica and then saw Meet the Fockers (funny but not awesome). Got food on Sunday and all was right in the world.
Been working for 3 weeks at Discreet, loving it. Almost entirely. Large company means little interaction with full-time staff since they tend to ignore co-ops who are in and out of there all the time. I'll take just looking at the hot marketing girls around me though, I'd rather that with no communication than at Mike Neame and Adam 'Limp-Wrist' Zimmer all effing day. *Memory purged - hopefully*
So I got my first taste of a Montreal bar last night - "eXtreme" night club stole my Montreal clubbing cherry and my MONEY!!! WTF!!! OMFG!!! One drink - $8.33!!!!! We ordered 3 and it came to $25. ESCUSE ME? Is that even legal? Wow. We made a pact afterwards (Jon, Nat and myself) to make sure we get ripped BEFORE we go to the bar next time. My first pact ever, so again loss of cherry. We didn't stay long due to our extreme soberness and the drunkeness of everyone else in the bar... so I came home and stayed up till almost 4am watching Sean Connery James Bond only to fall asleep and miss the end. WTF! Oh well.
I'll try to update more regularly to better document my experiences... and to prevent 10 page posts like this one in the future.
