[At first there is silence on the other end of the line as it is picked up. Sephiroth is too busy keeping a careful eye making sure Elfe stays conscious for the moment or this wouldn't be worth it. Silently Cure is cast to make sure she's conscious at least]

Elfe's broken...listen...[There is the sound of something heavy impacting with a meaty sound, followed by a loud crack which could only be bone]

[That crack is definitely her collarbone breaking right where he'd already cleaved it before, and that scream is definitely Elfé's.
