This year just keeps getting worse...
An old friend of mine who is very dear to me and has looked out for me for so many years was in a motorcycle accident. His head was run over and he is brain damaged. He is in a rehibilitation clinic and has been there for a couple of weeks.
I got a number to call him and to go visit but I was told to be prepared that he isn't the same and doesn't always know where he is. He also talks a lot of nonsense. I haven't quite gotten how bad his condition is and I don't know if its appropriate for me to call his mom and ask.
Gawd, and I think my year has been bad.
