Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy....
Onyx is a very content, happy, no vice pony! She has taken to the new barn better than I could have ever imagined. She gets outside for hours everyday and then I come and work her at night. The people there are amazing. I hope I have not run my mouth too much out of excitement. I tend to talk too much when I get nervous around new people.
Onyx got a new blanket and I will be switching feed soon. I love the Ultium, but they feed Strategy at the barn. If I switch there will be no more paying super high feed bills. I bought a bag of each and spent over 2 hours bagging and mixing feed, BOSS, and supplement last night. Strategy is an excellent feed and I will supplement accordingly. She was eating it when I bought her. With the addition of feeding pure timothy hay I think we can keep the weight on that little mare.
Hoping to start our lessons soon. She was excellent tonight and I would like to keep that trend going. One stress down. Now to pay off my bills and get the dog's teeth clean.
Oh yeah, and loose some weight. #$!%$#% Nutrisystem does not work for me. It only made me sick. $285 worth of diet food that I can't really eat. That kind of sucks. I was watching myself ride in the mirrors at the barn and all I could think of was actually looking good in my breeches again. It will happen. I am really trying to be good.
