Ground floor room, 120 sqft including closet, hard wood floors, 3000 sq ft house, w/ Talik, Wendi and I. We're only slightly crazy, all techies (over 5tb of network storage over gigabit in the house). House is cat-friendly (we have 2 already), no smoking. Will have brand new double-paned windows - just waiting for a few dry days to install them.
$400/mo incl. utilities (+Basic cable, wired internet and wifi). Cheaper than normal because house is slowly being renovated but ground floor is almost completed - door moldings and floor moldings forthcoming. Inquire within for more info. First month due on move-in.
