Karaoke is ok with me
Hello my pretties!
I am enjoying my stay in the land of the rising sun and will be loathe to return to my daily grind of work work work. Not that I do that much of it anyway. I am so keen to travel that it is hard to stay in one place for very long before the ansiness starts eating the marrow in my bones. Ah well, if I start saving again now, perhaps I can make it back to europe over the summer. If anyone wants to join me, that would be exquisite.
Things I have done in Japan:
Tokyo, Kyoto, Hamamatsu, Karaoke, 2 japanese phrases, wandered for miles, slept very well, dreamed of Jon Stewart (I was playing the cello for him). Things I have yet to do: Osaka (tomorrow!), get very drunk, go dancing, make out with japanese men. Although one kissed me on the cheek last night. That was very cute. :)
Now I am in the best internet cafe EVER. I ate lunch at the computer, and being massaged by my chair, and spent way too long trying to figure out how to get back to the airport on Monday. Especially because I don't want to leave. The keyboards here are fun, I keep accidentally writing in kanji in Japanese characters. La la la. Off to buy engrish mementos. Yesterday I bought the best shirt, it has zipppers on the sleeves, and ridiculous writing on the back. I am going to wear it all the time when I get back to the city.
Come visit me so I can go to the empire state building!
