I don't have to work today because of an unanticipated five day weekend.  I'd love to say that I was using my time off to do productive things that I've been avoiding, like purging my closet and joining a gym, but instead I'm mostly knitting and taking the extra time to dry my hair every morning.   Let's see, some highlights of the last week

I don't know. I am highly suspicious of anything that makes me feel like cat vomit the next morning, and sparks generally does.
