I was walking around the other day, and I walked by this stream, as I walked I saw in the far distance, plastic deer pasted onto huge boulders, and "I thought to myself, what a wonderfull world", just like that song that louie armstrong sings, in fact after thinking this Louie Armstrong appeared!!! He rose right out of the ground, aparently some time back in the late 30's he has been stranded out in rocklin through some train mishap on his way to san fransico, being a noble sort of fellow he found a hotel to sleep in that night. The hotel was shabby though, he had just gone through a stretch of alcoholism and was low on cash, san fransisco was his last chance to build back his waning fame. But that night at the hotel there was a bar fight downstairs, and one of the gamblers shot their guns right up at the celing, this shot pierced louie right through the heart as he was sleeping upstairs in his room. Not wanting to cause a disturbance and have to deal with unessesary publicity they buried louie in a shallow grave out by the granite quarry, the same quarry that had later been filled in with water for irrigation, the very stream I walked by that fateful day. Upon his rising, louie told me how nice it was that his songs could be remembered by I young man such as myself in this day and age, and how proud he was to know that even though he was cheated of his life, his spirt would live on in the hearts and minds of the next generations. He told me of a treasure bury'd deep in the heart of new orleans, and of the 1000 year old gypsy woman named "Madame Lou'so" that I would have to meet to find the crypt in which this treasure was hidden. He told me of an adventure of a lifetime, a moment I could never forget, of my own chance to rise above to the stars, and find my heart in this world. I quickly kicked him in the shins and laughed. "You stupid old man" I said, "I dont know nor care who you are" "I heard that song on a car commercial!". I know now what I have given away. May the gods forgive my transgressions. Im sorry louie.
