Blue skies fade to grey

Today is a beautiful day. =3

We had D&D last night at 11pm, since there were a bunch of conflicts with our usual time (sunday nights at 6pm), and it was a lot of fun - one of my favorite sessions. It was our final battle, and after the boss was killed, we spend, like, 5 more rounds hitting each other - all our fighters were confused (a magical attack). So every turn, they had to roll a die to see what they would do - it was hilarious! Nick almost killed Etan's familiar, Etan babbled incoherently, Ian was convinced that Sco-pi was a threat and needed to be killed, and Sco-pi babbled incoherently, and then began hitting Ian back. There was some confusion over whether Ian actually killed Sco-pi or not (we forgot about an amulet he had - only the DM knew what it did). But regardless, it was a lot of fun. And not only that, of the original group of six, only half survived. And of our party at the end, only Nick and i are keeping our characters - which means we cash out on all the stuff we collected. i'm telling you, we're loaded! XD It's awesome! It works really well too, because our characters perfectly compliment each other.

Charnal (As in a house of dead bodies) is a lawful good half-orc fighter that goes berserk and slaughters people right and left. i'm a chaotic neutral halfling rogue that can hide really well and find and disarm traps, and i'm fairly friendly. Together we've got most everything covered, and i can take advantage of his good nature and make him front line and carry things and make more money, and i can hide and not die when he runs out of enemies to slaughter. *grins*

Mini and i walked from D&D up to his place after D&D, and it was gorgeous out! i've decided that early morning is the best time to be out and about (it was about 3am). It started lightly raining too. *loves* Then when we got back, Nick and i hashed out what each of us got, and leveled up. (ie more D&D junk) Then Mini and i watched an episode of Card Captor Sakura (which rocks!) and went to bed. It was raining, and every now and then there was a flash of lightning. Rain makes me so happy.

.... and then we slept in for a looooong time. But today is pretty too - and loathe as i am to say it, even nicer than last night! It's warm outside, and there's a little cool breeze, and everything is misty and grey. And now i've got warm soup in my tummy, and a sister-made brownie in hand, and it makes me happy. =3
