Who came up with the idea of convenience in restraining individuals? Why would we ever need to restrain 50 - 100 people at once? Doesn’t it seem that masses like that might have a reason to be heard? Don’t they also have the right to assemble freely, or free assembly or at least the right of free speech? How could all of them be wrong? The hired forces of the government, who haven’t an attachment to the issue dishing out the dirty force and breaking the truths of a government that we are taxed to support. The reason people take to the streets and protest is because they are tired of being ignored. Instead of having their message heard they are arrested and hauled away.
Read the Book of Laughter and Forgetting by Milan Kundera. It happened in Eastern Europe and it is going to happen here. Our government is censoring and covering up their actions.
