For those times I feel life is unfair, I'm simply too put-upon and ...need a good reality check.

Christmas seems to be so much about what you get these days, at least here in the States, and that just ain't it, as a friend says.

We're poor little mice this Christmas, but we still have a flat, transportation, food, clothes, and we can pay our bills. We have our health, family, friends and SO much more than others have.

It's good to remember that, not just at Yuletime, but all year.

And me, I need the reminder all the time, since I can be the biggest ingrate of all.
