For Jack

Sep 05, 2009 23:52

It hadn't taken much at all to convince Jack that he should sleep in the cage. In fact, the other man had simply seemed happy that Logan was more like himself again. In fact, it had been nearly as easy to get him to agree to spend the whole weekend in Logan's care, to be kept as a pet ( Read more... )

Jack yawned and stretched as best he could before he rose a little and braced himself on one arm.

"I want out," he said simply, blinking awake and noting the sunlight coming into the hut. "I have to get to training. I'll come right home, though. We can keep going then." He had a commitment and it had been nearly twenty-four hours. Surely Logan would drop the game for a while.

"Pets don't fight wars. Well, except for that book with the rabbits... But whatever, no. You can miss training this week. I'm feeling better, and I want you home. So pick, you can either go for a walk with me and Linus and then have breakfast, or you can stay in there and sulk about not going to training," Logan replied, simply but firmly.

He very nearly chose sulking, if for no other reason than it was training. It was a commitment. A responsibility. Ultimately, Jack sighed and shook his head. He'd just take the licks from the XO on Monday. Hell, he'd probably even enjoy it.

"I'm not crawling," he said finally, glowering at Logan through the bars.

"Wasn't going to make you," Logan replied simply, getting to his feet and opening the cage. "Wash up and then come into the bedroom, I'll have your clothes picked out and waiting," he said, reaching down to stroke Jack's hair gently.

The assurance and the tender touch was all it took to get him to comply. It was so simple to just do. He didn't need to be in control...that was all Logan's responsibility. And, Jack thought, he was doing really well with those responsibilities.

"Okay," he agreed before going to get cleaned up, then he wandered into the bedroom to see what Logan had picked out. He didn't have to even think of what to wear. If taking orders at drill was a relief, this...this was freeing in a way he'd be hard pressed to explain. He couldn't do it all the time, but right now it was a good thing.

Logan had picked out simple things that he liked. A plain white undershirt, a pair of slacks, and, of course, a pair of suspenders. Just simple black ones, nothing too flash or eye catching. After all, it was for his pleasure, not the islands.

Beside the clothes sat the little metal plug and the oil Jack liked to use. Just sitting there, as if it was a part of the outfit.

On the floor Jack's boots sat neatly side by side, with a pair of socks in front of them. It was all so neat and organized, and it was clear Logan had laid it all out with care.

"Get ready, and then go wait by the door with Linus. I have to go get one last thing. ...And I do expect you to put everything on."

"What...you don't want to dress me like a doll?" he asked, a smirk playing on his lips. He didn't protest, though. He just chuckled and started to get dressed...beginning with the plug and ending with the boots.

He sauntered out of the bedroom to join Logan and Linus at the door, moving in for a kiss- or at least some sort of praise for his obedience. Most of Logan's demands had been readily obeyed. It was only a few times Jack had balked. It was almost shocking just how well he did with compliance.

"I'm ready," he said, his voice a little tighter, a little deeper. He shifted a little from foot to foot. On training days he was used to a different toy entirely.

Logan drew back, refusing the kiss until he looked jack over, making sure he'd put on everything- including the plug. Groping jack through his pants, he squeezed and prodded until he could feel something hard between his cheeks. Only then did he lean in and kiss him softly, patting his ass and smiling as he whispered, "Good boy."

Linus yipped, annoyed at all the attention Jack was getting, and Logan knelt down to ruffle his fur and praise him.

A beat later and he was back on his feet, pulling a ribbon from his pocket. "Linus is a good pet, he doesn't need his leash anymore," he said, staring to tie one end of the ribbon around Jack's wrist. "You might need this though. Wouldn't want you wandering off..."

He held onto the ribbon with one hand and opened the door with the other, keeping close to Jack so people wouldn't notice.

"I don't need a..." he started, barely recovered from having Logan's hands all over him. Jack looked at the leash and had yet another protest on the tip of his tongue. But then he looked at the ribbon and decided it wasn't anything worth fighting. It felt kind of...good.

And, he thought, it wasn't a collar.

"So...we're going to breakfast?" he asked, wondering what kind of pie Ned and Chuck would have made...and what Logan would put on his plate for him.

"No, just a walk. We'll eat when we get home. Just a short walk though, we have a lot of shit to do today."

And it was a short walk, just down the boardwalk to the beach and then back again.

It was satisfying to have Jack on a lead though, and Logan smiled to himself as they started back to the hut, just a little warmer and a little more sandy than they had been before.

Heading inside, he sorted out Linus' food first, putting down a bowl of leftovers and then moving on to prepare fruit salad for himself and Jack.

The portions were the same, but when he was done, he put one bowl on the table and the other on the floor not far from his feet. "Eat, and don't make a mess." he commanded, waiting for Jack to start protesting.

Jack was more tired than he normally would have been. The walk would have been nothing, and he'd been quiet, but the plug kept shifting and it took effort to keep himself quiet and hold it in.

"On the floor?" he asked, clearly torn about getting down to follow that particular order. He looked from the food to Logan and back, then looked over at Linus for a moment. Then he slowly got down on the floor and looked up at Logan. Without any clearer orders, he began to pick at the fruit with his fingers.

"What else are we going to do today?" he asked, not really expecting Logan to tell him.

Logan wanted to answer Jack's question, but he was so surprised to see the other man submit so completely that he simply couldn't. He had his own questions to ask.

"How can you do this? You don't even like submitting. You always need to be in control. Why are you being so-"

So calm. So meek.

So unlike the Jack Logan was used to.

He stopped with a bite halfway to his mouth and looked up at Logan. Laying it back down, he sucked his fingers clean and then wiped them dry on his pants ( ... )

"Yes," Logan said softly.

He was quiet for a moment and then reached down to stroke Jack's hair with a soft sigh.

"Eat up. I want you to clear your plate," he said finally, knowing that he could give Jack what he needed. that he could care for him and lead him. He could be strong and in control for Jack. It wasn't hard.

It was actually kind of nice.

"I'm not hungry," he said as he leaned into Logan's hand and closed his eyes. "Can't I save it for later? I promise I'll eat it all then..."

He couldn't express just how reassuring the gentle touch was. Logan had every chance and every right to be rough or cruel, but he wasn't being like that. Some of his demands gave Jack pause, but nothing was beyond the pale. Jack just sometimes needed to check his ego. Even asking if he could stop eating stung a little, but it wasn't all that bad. And it wasn't as if he wasn't used to saying-

"Please."

"No, you need to eat something. Eat a few more pieces and then you can put it in the fridge for later," Logan said, standing his ground even as he continued to stroke Jack's hair.

"When you've eaten a little more, you can have a reward. If you don't try and eat some more though, you can put it away for later, but you're going back in the cage and getting nothing."
