So... What does "cutting up the middle" mean to you?

That dumb Outback Steakhouse commercial just came on. The one where it says something along the lines of "You know you're a true Outback fan if you think cutting up the middle means cutting into one of our juicy grilled sirloins" or something cheesy like that.

So....

What kind of fan am I if I immediately associated "cutting up the middle" with a nice clean cut from someone's lower abdomen to their voice box?

....Hm.
