Yes Taylor, Michelle, that means that I got the time off work. I'm going to Vegas! Weee.
I must be insane. I'm willingly volunteering to work the biggest Star Trek convention in what, the world? I'm not really even a fan and have no idea who anyone is, or what anyone is talking about. I feel like a total tool at these things because I'm just like "Um..hi..yeah I like Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings...a good smattering of Narnia and other fantasy, and I'm good." Star Trek though, I'm completely lost. I've seen a few episodes of just about all the series there are, but it doesn't mean I know who anyone is. I pretty much just know who the people I've already met are. I remember that Garrett(pretty shiny hair boy) played Ensign Harry Kim. And...um...Doug! Doug is a sweetheart. He's a physical actor and you never really see his face. Er...*tries to remember*
Oh hey Tay, is Dustin going to be there? If so, I'll bring his picture of the guy he likes. The curly-haired dude, was it? Colin someone-or-other?
Merlin, I'm in trouble.
Val said she was going to call me, not sure what about. Man Creation owes me big for working this one. I'm going to be spending my own gas money, my own money on food, etc. At least they're spotting the bill for the hotel. Otherwise there's no way I'd be going.
