Slow ride
Tomorrow ends my first official week of working at The Picture Show. I'm exhausted from standing after not having worked for months, but working hard for the money feels good at least. I still wish I could work less for more money, but I will take what I have for now. This week I am not scheduled Monday through Thursday so I will be seriously trying to find an arch job. OMG MIA nostalgia hit me hardcore today. I missed the Dolphin Mall and the Fair, which all my friends have been going to. I realised I left SOOOO many things undone after I left. I miss Enedium and how he would greet me every time I got home, and I missed studio and school and my friends that I only get to play with through online games now. I liked getting together with them and swimming or BBQing and playing games. Alas. I think it is because at work, everyone seems to be friends and a lot of them go to the same school and I am always hearing about how they get together and play games etc. If I could find a job in Miami where I would make enough to cover rent and bills and even send some up to help my mum with rent (since I owe her money and she is kinda counting on my help for that) then I would go in a heartbeat! Unfortunately, rent in Miami is RIDICULOUS, so yeah...not happening.
