Morning:
Protein Shake, Active Woman Pack + Milkthistle (8 tablets), lots of water.
Afternoon:
Protein Shake, Celery or Carrot, lots of water.
Evening:
Chicken Breast Salad or Extra Lean Minced Beef (Ground Beef) Patties and Veggies.
Snacks:
Natural Popcorn, Fruit, Nuts.
After Breakfast:
4 Minute Sprint = 20 seconds sprint, 10 seconds breathe, 20 seconds sprint, 10 seconds breathe, repeat 'til 4 minutes pass.
Swimming for an hour, doing lengths.
Shower
Use Bouncy Ball to exercise abs and thighs, while on the computer,(possibly listening to Master work), 'til Lunchtime.
After Lunch:
Drive to Venice Beach, (because there are no paths to run, cycle or skate there.)
Kettlebells with Missy Beaver then drive home.
Sauna for 30 mins (i hate breathing warm air, so i'll be using an ice face pack, i prepared the night before to hold over my nose and mouth).
Shower
Use Bouncy Ball to exercise abs and thighs, while on computer,(possibly listening to Master work), 'til Dinnertime.
After Dinner:
Bouncy Ball to exercise abs and thighs while watching HD DVR 'til food has gone down.
4 Minute Sprint Routine
Crunches on Roll Mat
Dance Routine with PS2
Sleep 'til called online.
(Computer time is interchangable with making accessories for the vinipushka website, reading and/or artwork . Swimming is interchangable with Tennis, should i find someone willing to play 2 or 3 times a week with me. Sauna interchangable with Mountain Trail Walk (which is situated just at the north end of my street). Being called online is interchangable with Master coming to visit.)
Weekends: Hiking, Horse Riding, Walking through Hollywood.
Randomly: Socialising with anyone that wants to hang out over at my place and/or join me in the regime for any length of time.
