One picture is crumpled up in her hand and if you squint you may be able to partially read the words TRY IT YOURSELF, which have been written on its back in red. She is smoking a cigarette too and several cigarette stumps are lying next to her on the floor.
Especially in combination with the fire you might have to look twice before realising that this is in fact the regular edition of Sofia Lamb, because the doctor has certainly seen better days.
