[ All viewers who are taking a very close look at Dr Lamb's left hand today may spot the edge of the dressing on her arm. This is merely the measure taken against a minor burn injury and definitely not the beginning of a number of unpleasant long-term effects from something very stupid she did about three months ago.
In fact I, the narration, have no idea why I even thought it was necessary to bring up such a minor and irrelevant detail in the first place. My, do I ever feel silly about that now. But ah, what can I say? What's done is done, so let's just try to enjoy the rest of the transmission and try to forget about my little blunder there. ]
I understand there was another violent incident quite recently. The number of people injured brought to mind my concerns about the limitations I face when working alone.
I would therefore like to request the assistance of those of you in Wonderland who are willing to help their fellow man.
What is needed are people willing to transport the sick and injured to the clinic where the necessary equipment for their care is readily available. I would ask volunteers to be available on my request and also do their part in monitoring the network for people in need of medical assistance.
Furthermore I will be offering first aid training from now on. The medical training I am most familiar with is not quite as extensive or advanced as the methods Dr Tam was able to provide, but I believe my knowledge should serve you regardless. If you are interested you may contact me about lessons at any time.
