031 // [VIDEO] // It's like an underwater city in reverse!

[ The gravity in Lamb's room-partment still holds, but tremors from the attack shake the video feed ever so often. ]

I suppose war will not cease, no matter where we go.

[ She looks through a window out into space. Or "space", as it were. ]

It was quite remarkable while it lasted. Perhaps we ought to be prepared for the third day.

Do you expect something in particular for the third day?

We find this place unlike our home in many ways, although the technology is a little old.

More strife and destruction. It is worse today than it was yesterday. The same may be true for tomorrow.

...Old you say? From my year's perspective it is still remarkably advanced.

You are from the third world, are you not? You are from Eden?

Eden? You mean paradise?

...Hardly, I'm afraid.

We mean the third Earth, the one that knows nothing of the other Earths.

Where I come from we are aware of other planets, but other Earths? Indeed that is not a concept I - or anyone else, to my knowledge - have ever heard of... not before Wonderland.

By that logic I suppose it would be a possibility. Can you tell me more about this third Earth?

The third Earth is a dumping ground for the criminals of other worlds. It;s ugly, violent, and divided into hundreds of nations.

[ She sighs. That rings sadly true, but... ]

A dumping ground? And yet they are supposedly unaware of the world they came from?

One would know, but then there are short-lived generations, and they forget. And then they become lost in the multitude.

[ Same concept. Different dimension. That is her conclusion anyway, since she refuses to believe that something like that could have escaped her attention. ]

You say there are two more Earths. What about them?

gotyourhair January 14 2011, 06:55:36 UTC
There are eight more Earths with human life, and 76 without.

I apologise, I misunderstood. [ Not a mistake she should have made, but for the moment the thought of three earths seemed plenty. ]

Which one of them is your home, if I may ask?

We are the emperor of the 7th world, Geo.
