...I know not everyone experiences this season as a time of happiness and cheer. I understand that the winter months can be stressful, bleak; even depressing.
Should you find yourself overwhelmed I would like to remind you that there is no need to suffer alone. My practice remains on the fourth floor and my door is always wide open for you~
