bjork's album comes out on tuesday...
today is a very, very happy day. why, you ask? because my sickness went away, i am barely sore from PE, my film camera is working again, and i am going to go watch donnie darko and talk about writing with one of my friends today. i love the kinds of days where everything just lines up into perfection, or at least something good enough to ignore the negatives.
i might, just maybe, be going to tokyo this summer with some lamar people. it's payback for the million thousand japanese students that were at our school last spring. if i can convince my mother it is a good idea and i will somehow avoid starving to death, and convince myself that i can live through a 12 hour flight, and manage to fill a spot before they are all full, i will go. if not, i s'pose my first time being out of the country will have to be later. but hey. exciting possibility.
ummmm mostly school does all it can to make life boring, or at least interesting to as few people as possible, so. i still have not gotten my novel back yet, but people have been kicking me when i tell them they can't read it yet. i have bruiiiiises! bruises!
i am starting to value sleep. i used to think i didn't need it at all. I WAS WRONG.
