be quiet! the weather's on the night news...
so last night this guy in nasty biker shorts was getting all the voting crap ready. i had to go tell him to stop being so rude (he was talking very loudly about random things and purposefully being louder than he had to while we were rehearsing) and i saw all the voting crap half set up.
i wish i could say that every vote is very important and there's a good, honest, trustworthy person to vote for that you can help win. of course i do. that just... doesn't seem to work out.
last night my mom was agonizing over who to vote for. she was thinking about nader, even though of course nader won't win and she doesn't even know where he stands on most things. but it would be saying something, even if it would be a very small something. either way, in this bush bastion it doesn't make much of a difference. but she shouldn't vote for someone she hates. (bush/kerry).
everyone who registered at the downtown wellness clinic that a friend of my mom's did, congratulations: you can't vote. sorry someone didn't turn in your paperwork and you got screwed.
