So, I haven't really done all that well trying to keep updating this thing.

Not a lot to report on, I've been doing relatively well on my weight loss, though sticking to the diet has been less successful - turns out exercise and when you eat is a fair bit more important than simply what you eat, though that is important as well. Days I manage to not eat anything save for a cracker or two before bed I tend to lose weight. I was down to 246.8 lbs. this morning, the lowest weight I've had in years. On the do not eat if you want to lose weight list the top of it is Pizza. Doesn't matter what kind or where you get it from, it will stick with you.

Eating after 5:00 is also a bad idea. If you don't eat after 7:00 (and have a 10:00 to 11:00 bed time) you probably won't gain weight, but you won't lose it either. Even if you do get your exercise in after eating.

I've still been reading too much fanfiction though I am trying to reduce the amount of time I spend on the 'net doing so. I've also bee playing video games. My current infatuation is with Infamous. I'm playing the Good Karma route and am currently rather irritated with my inability to find any Good side missions. I've only cleared two of the five I'm supposed to be able to find in Neon District.

Caved to craving and went to Wal-Mart at about 6:30. Got a Snickers Peanut Butter candy bar and two pints of Ben and Jerry's Chocolate Fudge Brownie ice cream. Ate it all. Wonder how much damage I did to my weight. Oh well, I'll work it off tomorrow. Too late tonight.
