Birthday #24
So I have had a great day :D
As you know (or maybe not) it's my 24th Birthday :)
Gramma set me a ten dollar bill, as did my Mom's sister. Hubby's folks gave me 15 bucks at Wally World to put toward some insulated overalls if I wanted a pair, and Mom gave me a 25 dollar Wal-Mart card. Hubby, despite his only tolerating my HP obsession, "bought me" a Muggle t-shirt. I've been wearing it as I re-read the Goblet of Fire in my marathon of rereading the series. After so many years I'm surprised how much I've forgotten/was changed in the movies.
Work even gave me a present! After being called in last night for all of 2 hours of work on a dead night, my manager Bobby called and said they were over on labor hours, so they didn't need me to come in tonight. FREE NIGHT OFF! Of course, it also cuts into the paycheck a little, but...oh well...
Also, I found out my birthday is truly epic. Not only do I share a birthday with Elvis Presley, but also Stephen Hawking! Squee! David Bowie, too. Unfortunately I also share it with *snorts* R. Kelly XD
