Oh man...I'm so sore--that's what I get for WiiBoxing yesterday and doing WiiBaseball and Tennis today >.<
Oog, but I know it's good for me! I took it a little easier today--didn't want to damage my muscles any more than I already have XD I still did 30 minutes of Wii-sports, then 30 minutes of Guitar Hero for a Cardio-work.
Hopefully tomorrow I can go out walking again--I'd love to ^_^ Wii sports just doesn't burn off as much energy as a good walk....
