congradulations to me. i have written one page! that is one minute of film. i haven't really planned all of my characters because i've been thinking about how i want to present these kids. so far i've decided that i'm going to ALWAYS show them at a party. i won't show them in any other setting. maybe in the street deciding who's going to drive. i'll show them in the car on their way to a party. and if a scene calls for it, i'll show them getting ready for a party. but almost all of the scenes will be them at a party.
of course, the party is a metaphor for....youth, maybe? the zenith of reckless abandon. whatever. it doesn't need meaning right now. only thing that matters is i have an awesome fucking idea on my hands!
my mom just ordered a book for me off of Amazon.com No-Budget Digital Film Making...or something like that. awesome. i saw it in the bookstore for 30 bucks. but i found it on Amazon for 5.40 used and "Like New!" with three bucks shipping. it should be here next friday. AWWWWWWWWWWESOOOOOOME!!!
