- any fic that centers on a member/members of Torchwood 3 getting/being drunk
- if it's alien booze they've gotten drunk on, so much the better
- fics that take place almost entirely in pubs or clubs
- hangover fic
Ianto won't file (and will refuse to make you any coffee in retaliation):
- if there is only one drinking scene in a really long fic, it probably doesn't belong here
- fics you have not read
- fics you did not like
- WIPs that are less than three chapters
