boredom update....
so it's been a while, i'm bored, so here's your fucking update. the AC has broken in the house. the one working AC that is.... i bought a small window unit a couple weeks ago. it's working overtime to cool 2 rooms at a time. my bro todd came by yesterday to hang out (the GPS in his work vehicle shows him at the hospital, which is where he'd just left) and took a look at it. looks like the fix my be about $100.00. not too bad really. and it'll mean i'll have 2 AC's. nice.
i was offered a job at the local radio station. Production Director. sounds great, pays shite. seriously... i can't live on what they're offering. couldn't live on it if i didn't have to support mom. and pay child support. and eat. so i turned the gig down. too bad, but small market radio just doesn't pay.
so yeah, other than reconnecting with an friend from HS and rekindling old feelings..... not much is happening.
just sitting around waiting for labor day weekend.
