(no subject)
Since I haven't really updated since Christmas, here's what I got:
From "Santa:"
- Fashion Through the Ages calendar
- mint green cardigan from Anthropologie
- hot pink crocodile skin handbag by Guess
- books - Scorpia, by Anthony Horowitz, Teen Idol, by Meg Cabot, and whatever the Christmas-themed Princess Diaries is called
- thank-you cards
- mints
- shopping-themed note pad
- Paul Frank Barbie doll
- chocolate mini-Santas
And maybe some other stuff. From my family, I got CDs, books, and DVD, per usual.
On Christmas day we had the pageant. It was excellent. I sang my Christmas Boyfriend, Super Quota performed Dance! and the big finale was the Darkness Christmas song. Everything went well.
On Steven's Day (day after Christmas, for all you americans(or really just anyone who dosn't have crazy Irish parents)), we had this annoying family over. The mother is nice, but she has two really really annoying daughters who love me. And I don't like little kids. It was awful.
Since then, I've had a horrible sore throat. And I have not done much. Yesterday Nina and I went to lunch for church. It was kinda fun. And I learned a lot. (Oh Nina Nina Nina.)
Today I went shopping in Milwaukee (it was meant to be Chicago, but no. it was too icy and foggy). I got a daisy cardigan from J. Crew, and we ordered a bright green pea coat from Marshall Fields. If I decide I don't like it, I plan on returning it.
New Year's Eve is tomorrow. Why do none of my friends ever plan ahead?!?
