Master Cleanse Day 1 - Morning

Last night I took my tea around 11:30 and trudged off to bed. My first night sleeping alone in a long time, so I turned the teevee in the bedroom on and fell asleep to Wedding Crashers on TBS. Woke up at 3am to turn said teevee off and fell back asleep. Took the dog out for his morning business around 7:30 and then I turned on the computer. I

Good for you Lizzie! I have a friend that tried it once and she felt really good doing it. I tried to do a cleanse (not this one) once and got totally sick - but I think it's cause Bernstein screwed up my system for life....

i've heard such good things from this cleanse and I've never done anything like this. Today went well... we'll see how tomorrow goes -- I am so dependent on food!! Maybe since you don't have a GB things that make your body detox aren't actually healthy for you... who knows!
