I hate people that spam about shows in their LJ's but.......

There is a show in Denton tonight, live bands, live dj's, rock, hip-hop, DnB, and not just a random pile of shit talent either there are some really good bands and dj's booked for this.

So anyway since there is a decent show in Denton for once, it would be cool if some of you Dallas folks drove up this way for a change. I think we are going to have a small gathering of friends after the show at our place so if you want to come hit me or Stacy up for info and such.

The former dj for the nationally touring band Stink Bug, this hip-hop dj is set to make his return to Denton for the first time in years. Dj Phooka is known as one of the leading djs in the Dallas area.

Dj Frantik leads the most popular up and coming hip-hop act in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Frantik won the Regional DMC Championships last year, the most prestigious award for any hip-hop dj.

Josh Hatfield holds down the front end of this rock quartet writing the tunes and providing vocals and some rad ass riffs. London Ford co-writes and carries the backup vocals with some noisy guitar where it's needed. Che "a.k.a. Tripp" Stevens beats down the kit and provides the theatrical element to the group. Larry Henderson is the newest member on the bass.
