it's a lovely temperate day in minneapolis.
i'm sitting at a fabulous coffee shop called muddy waters caffeine canteen. tom waits is on. i just had a delicious sandwich and am working my way through a pint glass full of coffee. on my key ring is a set of keys to my new, lovely, sunlit apartment. it features, among other things, a murphy bed (for real, i'm not even kidding), and fabulous built-in glass-front cabinetry. and cool tenants.
tonight i get to hang out with lovely people before starting on the long journey back in the morning. lunch will be at a diner in madison, wi.
