2. How many characters do you have? Do you prefer males or females?
I actually don't have any original characters. I had one a few years back but I think that she was such a Mary Sue that it wasn't even funny. She evolved and things later but she and I had to part ways. Most of my original works are poetry so aside from personification I tend to not write anything other fandom characters.
That being said I love writing girls but reading guys. I don't know why. No that's not true- it's because I am really tired of reading girls as marginalized creations that serve only to give the main lead the kick in the ass he needs. I'm not really at war with the range of girls because I've seen a lot in that area but it seems as if a lot of the time writers forget that they have girls until either the climax or resolution and I just rather write it differently or not read girls at all until it gets better.

That being said, I tend to fall in love with the best friend or anti-heroine before any other character.
